Purchasing and Delivery Information

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

As long as you spend $75 or more, we cover all the shipping costs! For orders below $75, we charge a flat shipping fee of $6.95.

Where Does Storic Ship To?

We ship anywhere within the lower 48 U.S. States. Sorry - we don't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Neither do we ship internationally.

When Will I Receive My Items?

We aim to ship all in-stock items within two business days, and shipping times are between 1 and 5 days (for both UPS and freight shipments). We ship from multiple warehouses, so your order may not all arrive on the same day. Occasionally we may be out of stock of an item you have ordered. If we expect the item back in stock within a week, we will wait so we can ship the whole order at once. If we anticipate a longer delay, we will ship all the in-stock items immediately, and ship the remaining items as soon as they are available. Tracking numbers for all packages we ship is available in the "My Account" section of this website.

How Will My Items Be Delivered?

In most cases, we ship our products by UPS or FedEx Ground. Bulky items (like 8ft. storeWALL panels) and especially large orders will be delivered by a freight carrier. In most cases, UPS and FedEx will leave boxes at your door if there's no-one home. Freight carriers, on the other hand, like to have someone sign for deliveries. We always ask freight companies to make a delivery appointment with you, so they shouldn't turn up unannounced. Freight companies use larger trucks than UPS, and they may not be able to get right to your door if access is limited. They will unload your shipment next to the truck. Delivery into your home can be arranged for an additional fee.

An Item Arrived Damaged. What Should I Do?

If the products were damaged in transit (usually the packaging will be damaged if this is the case), then the most important thing to do is to make sure that the shipper is aware of this. If you are present when they deliver your products, then make sure that you inspect the packaging and let the delivery driver know of any damage that you see before you sign for it (especially important for freight shipments). If you are not present, then call the carrier’s 800 number, and let them know (they’ll need to know the tracking number). UPS’s number is (800) PICK-UPS. Next, let Storic Customer Service know, and we’ll look after the rest of the details. We can often ship a replacement product while we are waiting for your damaged items back.
